When you see a photograph of the
developing world, have you ever asked whether it was ethically
sourced?
Majority World takes fair trade principles and applies them to
photography. Its mission is to identify, develop and promote talented
photographers from Africa, Asia and Latin America to global markets
We sell their stunning images, organise assignments, commission photo
stories, and create unusual and informative photographic events. We
also license our ethical brand to suitable merchandising partners. Our
aim is to help photographers build sustainable businesses and through
their unique local viewpoint to challenge Western stereotypes of life
in the developing world.
