• Design, develop, deploy & modify database-driven SharePoint applications, sites and web parts.
  
• Design, develop, deploy & modify database-driven web applications and services using .NET or PHP.
  
• Design, develop, deploy & modify ETL systems.
  
• Provide general programming support for smaller projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience with full life cycle of development; analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of a proposed solution.
  
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience developing web based applications (including Ajax / JavaScript)
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the development of applications using the Microsoft .NET platform.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  
• SQL experience including basic data selection, storage, data management, stored procedures and relational database design.
  
• Experience with UI design and data visualization concepts.
  
• Experience with web services.
  
• Understanding of performance considerations and design for web applications.
  
• Ability to find creative solutions to unusual problems.
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with a variety of business and technology colleagues on ideas, work flow, technologies, and processes.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills to describe the benefits and outcomes of technology solutions to varied audiences.
  
• PHP / Java / Python / Ruby development.
  
• ETL process design and development.
  
• XML data files creation and manipulation.
  
• GIS & spatial data analysis.
