Job Description |
|
|
- Support SPM/PM location office/other offices in state for its functioning as per norms.
- Procurement of all requisitioned products/services as and when advised by various functions.
- Adhering procurement policy and norms while procurement of products/services.
- Vendor verification and management,Updating vendor list as per guidelines.
- Supervise house keeping services and office cleaning.
- Supervise maintenance of all office equipments including records of AMCs.
- Coordinating and executing all travel arrangements for staff.
- Locating, negotiating and finalizing hotel booking for Training / Meetings.
- Update asset list at regular intervals and assign the number for each asset.
- Keep track on all warranty, guarantee and insurance details for all assets, equipments and vehicles.
- Requisitioning and procuring office stationery / supplies and keep record of the inventory.

Qualification & Experience:
- At least Bachelor of Commerce or Arts with proficiency in Computer skills (MBA Preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in handling and supporting operations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Integrity,Maturity, Communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
