• Design and Execute a strategy for the Private sector adoption of Pharmaceutical Products.
  
• Liaison with Private Sector Medical Practioners and partners for the adoption of the PP.
  
• Project accurate market demand for the PP.
  
• Work with team members to track program to budget on an ongoing basis and provide status reports.
  
• Provide accurate and timely updates to Medical Director/ Sr. Project Manager at headquarters.
  
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of activities and resolution to problems.
  
• Anticipate, identify and communicate discrepancies in the priorities, plans and activities for resolution within and across the project.
  
• Coordinate and provide study management, Provide technical support to partners for improvement of management systems.
  
• Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure timely achievements of targets grant utilization.
  
• Facilitate clinical and non clinical training programs of partners for skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Social Sciences, Health or Project management or equivalent with at least 8-10 years relevant experience in the health or development sector marketing and project management.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Project Management.
  
• Experience of Pharma product sales to private sector physicians/establishments.
  
• Skills in generation of strategic documents for sale of pharmaceutical products.
  
• Experience in management of financials for Project Management.
  
• Proficiency in project management software.
  
• Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills (for Project Report writing and communicating with private sector).
