Job Description |
|
|
- Act as the key administrative staff person on project activities and assist the project management team in the development of a workplan (annual activities outline) and budgets.
- Assist the program manager to track activities against the forecasted workplan and expenditures against budgets; update and revise as needed.
- In collaboration with program manager, provide advance notice to Contracts and Grants Administration staff regarding upcoming sub-contracts, consultants, etc.
- Maintain responsibility for file management, dissemination of programmatic and team information and contribute to CLM/MSH knowledge, programs, tools and approaches.
- Following guidance from the M&E Specialist and Knowledge Management and Communications Officer, contribute to the collection of project information, the documentation of progress towards results, and assist with the preparation of reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Verbal and written language skills in English required.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and/or French is required.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to learn complex program procedures.
- Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants.
