|
DFID is the branch of the British government (www.dfid.gov.uk) dedicated to eliminating world poverty. Its largest programme is in India, home to a third of the world’s poor. India is DFID’s largest bilateral grant donor. Our state level programmes support governance reforms, as well as improved outcomes in health, urban management and rural livelihood, working with respective state governments. We are looking for an energetic professional to lead DFID India in fulfilling these responsibilities.

- You should have a post-graduate management qualification, ideally in Human Resources (HR), from a reputed institution.
- You will have demonstrated serious commitment to development. Professional / field work experience in development would be an added advantage.
- In case your academic qualification is in a field other than HR, you should be willing to invest time in pursuing a qualification in HR, on joining DFID.
- You should have at least 10 years relevant work experience either with a reputed private sector organisation or the public sector, at middle to senior management level.
- The current starting salary for the post will be Rs. 16.38 Lakhs per annum plus other benefits.
