• As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported initiatives in your assigned state of either Maharashtra/Gujarat Your responsibility will include planning, monitoring and evaluation of supported initiatives, assessing and providing for partners capacity building needs, environment scanning, identifying new areas/ projects for CRY’s intervention.

Qualifications :

• You must be a Post Graduate in Social Sciences or Rural Development from a reputed institute.
  
• You must have 4-6 years experience in urban or rural development in areas of planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
  
• Knowledge of Gujarati & Marathi would be an added advantage.
