Job Description |
|
|
- Assist the Head, L&D in the delivery, management and development of the Executive coaching programme.
- Project manage and contribute to the design/development of these projects.
- Revision of the Bank’s performance appraisal.
- Advise HR Client Managers and business clients on how to best address business needs through the mobilisation of learning resources and ad hoc interventions.
- Manage working relationships with external providers, including market search, negotiation, contract definition and processing, implementation and management.
- Support the Head, L&D in the administrative management of the L&D budget across all business areas (coordination of forecasting, monitoring, updating, reconciliation, reporting etc.).

Qualifications :
- Graduate level (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline).
- Post graduate HR qualifications/L&D specialisation desirable.
- Substantial L&D experience coupled with some broader HR experience (preferably including generalist assignments and partnership with HR business partners), preferably developed in an international environment.
- Experience and proven track record of involvement/management of projects related to performance management, 360 feedback, management development and corporate coaching.
- Sound and up-to-date technical expertise in training and other L&D methods and techniques (including e-learning).
- Strong project management skills.
