Job Description |
|
|
- Providing management oversight of weekend phone shifts
- Assisting the Phone Manager with staff concerns
- Providing back-up for phone payroll
- Working with the Supporter Coordinator and the Phone Canvass Manager, organizing, updating and maintaining the tele-fundraising database.
- Assisting the Supporter Coordinator with data analysis of Greenpeace’s tele-fundraising projects
- Assuming the duties of the Phone Canvass Manager as required
- Working with other members of the Development Department, effectively integrating tele-fundraising into other fundraising programs
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Management skills to establish priorities, meet goals, assess canvassers and respond to staff needs in a unionized workplace
- Excellent knowledge of telemarketing techniques
- Excellent computer skills, particularly relating to data manipulation and analysis, strong knowledge of MS Office, including Access, Word and Excel
- Proven fundraising experience and interest
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on a team as well as independently
- Strong commitment to environmental issues and Greenpeace objectives, culture and activism methods
- French verbal and written skills an asset.
