• You will motivate, inspire and resource supporters in Beds, Berks, Bucks, Herts and Oxon.
  
• You will support Christian Aid groups to raise more money.
  
• You will work with churches and young people to help them to respond to poverty.
  
• You will help to coordinate fundraising events.
  
• You will supervise a full time gap year volunteer.
  
• You will also support the wider work of the regional team.

Qualifications :

• You will have substantial experience of working with volunteers.
  
• Working with young people; giving presentations; fundraising and/or events.
  competent IT skills.
  
• You will also have a good understanding of international development issues and Christian Aid’s core supporter base in the churches.
