• ADRA DRC is seeking a Chief of Party for a Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  
• The Chief of Party will be the primary coordinator of all activities and will be primarily responsible for all aspects of program implementation.
  
• The COP acts as the major liaison with USAID and is the supervisor of all other personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in French and English.
  
• At least 10 years of project management experience in a developing country (experience in Africa is preferred).
  
• Experience managing USG funded social services projects in a post-conflict or emergency context is preferred.
  
• Advanced degree in management,international development, administration, or related field is preferred.
  
• Experience in coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities for social services projects in post-conflict or emergency context preferred.
