• The Healthpoint Services Initiative is seeking to recruit an individual to become the COO of its activities in India working closely with the Naandi Foundation and the Healthpoint Services, LLC US (and its Indian subsidiary).
  
• This individual should be willing to accept the challenge of pioneering a radically different healthcare model that can bring rural medical practice into the modern industrial era.
  
• He or she should also have the leadership and managerial abilities to manage and motivate a world-class team to accomplish this goal.

Qualifications:

• Business experience relevant to rural India, preferably including one or more of supply chain management, retail operations, social marketing, or telemedicine: a strong commitment to improving living conditions for rural and peri-urban families.
  
• Strong management skills and the ability to work with customers, partners, and regulators within India steadily to build capacities of the team and local partners to improve operations and financial performance and to measure and manage programme milestones.
  
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial energy and problem-solving capability.
  
• Understanding of the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Models as applicable to the Social/Development sector and the ability to network with relevant resources across various sectoral organizations.
  
• Strong Communication skills , ability to work with government officials, technical partners, medical professionals, and village residents to explain the projects objectives and services.
  
• Experience in leading medium to large sized teams for designing, implementing and supervising programme/project operations.
