• Manage the delivery of Safety Evaluations for Seniors in Non-Profit Housing in Moncton and surrounding area.
  
• Manage the delivery of the Senior Services program in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures
  
• Assist with supervision of the Home Support Program in the Moncton and surrounding area.
  
• Assist with Volunteer Resource Management activity.
  
• Liaise with other regional staff and community leaders to raise awareness of Red Cross services, programs, mission and needs in the area.
  
• Support other Red Cross initiatives, as needed, to provide for a coordinated team effort to meeting the needs of the most vulnerable in our communities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with one to three years of job-related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple issues simultaneously in a complex environment.
  
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities, combined with sound organizational and supervisory skills, are essential.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English and French are mandatory.
  
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and presentation skills.
