Job Description |
|
|
- Developing the evaluative framework for the full five year program, in consultation with the various stakeholders.
- Establishing data collection procedures for ongoing data collection for the full program.
- Carrying out a baseline evaluation and produce a report.
- Carrying out subsequent interim and final evaluations and produce reports.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Qualifications:
- Professional education relevant to program evaluation (e.g. masters degree in public health or related fields).
- Previous experience of carrying out an evaluation.
- Experience of working in a public health environment.
- Experience with qualitative research methods.
- Previous experience in evaluation of a capacity building /education program.
