Job Description |
|
|
- Responsible for designing of a 6-year HIA Framework to deliver corporate strategy outcomes that incorporate all the Keys and CPAs.
- Responsible for development and delivery of annual implementation plans for the HIA.
- Ensures coordination between the HIA and Tearfund’s global work on the 5 keys (e.g. linking the HIA advocacy issues and global advocacy issues, and mobilising the church within the HIA and mobilising the global church for Integral Mission).
- Responsible for identifying and selecting an appropriate portfolio of partners to achieve objectives in the HIA strategy, encompassing all the Keys.
- Responsible for the management of all aspects of partner relationships, including resourcing, capacity development5, risk management, providing prayer support and planning exits.
- Responsible for negotiating with traditional and other donors for joint financing of programmes involving single or multiple partners.

Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent in development, management studies or related subjects.
- Post-graduate qualification in Development and/or Management.
- Substantial proven ability in community development, predominantly based in a developing country
- Substantial proven ability in strategic planning and thinking.
- Proven ability in financial risk management, Some proven ability of successfully securing institutional funding.
