Job Description |
|
|
- Develop and implement an overall donor development strategy for Baptist World Aid Australia.
- Continually review this and implement improvements as necessary.
- Develop and implement tactics to re en-engage lapsed supporters.
- Analyse supporter fundraising behaviour and make recommendations.
- Make recommendations on supporter care based on intelligence gathered from the database.
- Develop tactics for long term donor value (retaining & developing) based on database intelligence.
- Coordinate all Baptist World Aid Australia’s research requirements.
- Coordinate, write, and collate surveys for products and campaigns as required.
- Seek and coordinate in-house research through written donor surveys, phone surveys and online surveys.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record (3+ years experience) in a similar role (preferably in the not-for-profit sector).
- Demonstrated experience in database management systems (preferably with Microsoft CRM functions, tools and systems).
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing or research environment,experience in statistical and/or business analysis within the NFP sector.
- Experience in multi-tasking and managing a number of projects and activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills. Well organised and a high level of attention to detail.
