Job Description |
|
|
- Provide overall technical leadership and guidance for implementation of the work plan.
- Supervise Technical Advisors and oversee the work of consultants in the region activities.
- Support in the development and implementation of annual project work plans and budgets.
- Work closely with the Chief of Party and other Senior Technical staff to contribute to continuity across program implementation areas.
- In collaboration with finance staff, prepare and track the progress of project and activity budgets.

Qualifications , Skills & Experience:
- A Masters degree in public health or related field and ten years experience as a senior project manager or similar position directing a contract / project involving Behavior Change Communication, HIV and AIDS prevention, care and treatment.
- In addition at least 5 years experience managing donor-funded projects and private sector foundations.
- Sound knowledge of donor-funded projects reporting requirements.
- Strong management skills and demonstrated leadership in working with various groups in the health sector.
- Strong Technical, programming and management skills.
