Job Description |
|
|
- Manage the development database including, routine maintenance, upgrades and other required utilities; manage issues being researched on behalf of the department; coordinate interactions with Information Technology staff, and the database vendor; train staff as needed.
- Track fund raising progress toward goal achievement, including generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; compile and present statistical reports for past and current year revenue.
- Design and produce custom reports; ensure the preparation and submission of timely and informative reports; reconcile monthly and annually all fundraising revenue with appropriate members of the Finance staff to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of an effective system to maintain and to generate accurate development mailing lists to ensure appropriate distribution of all Eurasia Foundation materials.
- Ensure confidentiality of departmental information.
- Staff both the Development Committee and the Development Task Force.
- Maintains State Charitable Registration Prepare/and or oversee the preparation and publishing of all solicitation mailings including but not limited to: annual campaign solicitation letters, board giving letters and other outreach materials in collaboration with the Director of Development and Communications Associate.
- Research major gift prospects including current Eurasia Foundation donors.
- Cultivate and solicit donors for annual campaign, engaging Director of Development and President as required. Donors to include individuals, foundations and corporations.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- Three years database experience preferably with Raiser’s Edge. Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Russian or other regional language skills highly desirable.
