• Prepare annual budget plan for PDT.
  
• Prepare project budgets for proposals.
  
• Present monthly cash flow projections to Executive Director.
  
• Review and approve quarterly cash flow projections for project offices.
  
• Review and sign contribution agreements and sets up accounting processes to meet donor requirements for individual projects.
  
• Provide guidance to Executive Director on financial issues.
  
• Supervise Country office financial teams, Provide assistance to bookkeeping and administrative staff in the field.

Qualifications:

• Certification (CA, CGA, CMA) in accounting.
  
• Minimum seven years experience in a related field with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  
• Experience in working with donors, including reporting and monitoring.
  
• Inter-personal skills ability to lead variety of staff on a virtual team.
  
• Ability to manage large amounts of data and review reports for accuracy on a timely basis.
  
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, in dealing with supervisor, colleagues, supervisees and external partners.
