Job Description |
|
|
- Provide research for executive reports and Board materials prepared by the VP.
- Equip the VP to participate fully in meetings through comprehensive preparation and briefing.
- Attend meetings with the VP and follow up appropriately when necessary.
- Monitor the VP’s professional calendar and inbox. Prepare preliminary materials to enable the VP to meet important deadlines.
- Provide full support to the VP for national and international travels (including briefing book with itinerary and reservations).
- Assist the VP in creating and managing the department’s budget.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year experience providing administrative support to an executive or team of professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional ability in written and oral communications.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Superior administrative capacity to manage a large number of projects and tasks; simultaneously and to complete them with minimal oversight.
- Proven success at identifying and solving problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships.
