Job Description |
|
|
- Implementing the tasks & target assigned in the Livelihood Triad i.e Saving, Credit, Insurance, Agriculture and Business Development & Institutional Development.
- Communicating Field level information & opportunity to the Unit Head.
- Mentoring and Monitoring Field staff to get the following work done.
- Providing loans to the target customers and recovering them on time.
- Selling Insurance Product, Ensuring Agriculture and Business Development and Services to the Customers.

Qualifications:
- MBA/ MSW / BSc(Agri) /M.Sc(Agri) / B.VSc/ M.VSc.
- Experience - 0 to 02 Years.
- Experience Industry - Micro Finance / Banking / Financial Sector / Insurance / Agri input Marketing / NGO or Development Sector related to Micro Fin.
