• Daily assignment and supervision of all Field Research Assistants, with particular emphasis on consistency and quality assurance of interview and data collection.
  
• Regular review, editing, management of hard copy questionnaire of data collection, timely send them to ICDDR, B and maintain an excellent tracking system.
  
• Coordination and management of all field operations, including anticipation and mitigation of functional challenges as they arise.
  
• Maintain effective liaison with community, government health staffs and other involved organizations.
  
• Primary liaison between Medical officers and field workers regarding all project related activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters Degree in any discipline with good academic records.
  
• Minimum 3-years work experience in field supervision, interview techniques and data editing, quality control and field management particularly with community based or epidemiological research.
  
• Ability to identify and facilitate prompt mitigation of any arising field difficulties.
  
• Capacity to recognize any interpersonal conflicts amongst project team members and clearly communicate and resolve.
  
• Ability to ensure daily supervision of Field Research Assistants administering study questionnaires.
  
• Skills in data entry, coding and consistency checking.
  
• Should have supervision, monitoring and team building skills, Motivational, training and interviewing skills.
