• Ensure the development of the humanitarian situation in the countrys food security 
  
• Contribute to the definition of the programming strategy and define projects 
  
• Supervise programs and harmonize the technical 
  
• Oversee the food safety team 
  
•  Collect and analyze information on food safety 
  
•  Understand the impact of living conditions on population 
  
•  Participate in meetings of the Food Security Cluster 
  
•  Participation in the coordination of food security and the CPI 
  
• Assess the needs of populations through assessments 
  
• Propose strategies for intervention 
  
• Prepare project proposals and technical reports to donors 
  
• Ensure a cross interventions 
  
• Validate the methodology of project implementation 
  
• Harmonize the tools for implementation and monitoring of projects 
  
• Evaluate the relevance of interventions in terms of approach, of
  response to the needs and a technical point of view 
  
• Analyze reports and make a monthly report of activities for the mission 
  
• Ensure the relationship with the food safety department of the FAO and WFP
  
• Actively participate in cluster meetings and national food security if necessary provincial and CPI.

Qualifications:

• Agricultural engineer or equivalent
  
• knowledge in food safety
  
• Ability in writing and representation
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  
• Experience coaching team
  
• Interest developed for the field
  
• Experience in the humanitarian field required: Preferably with ACF. Humanitarian experience in a similar position at least one year experience in managing food security program.
