Job Description |

|
|
This role will provide an effective and efficient administrative and support function to the overall HRBA Team, provide secretarial tasks for the Head of HRBA Programme Support and be the focal point for communications for the HRBA Team. The incumbent will provide Project Management, Communications, Executive, Administrative and Logistical support as well as support with basic Financial transactions. |

Qualifications:
- Professionally, the candidate will have a minimum 6-month to 1 year Administration Management Qualification coupled with at least 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a large organisation and in the NGO/Not-For-Profit sector.
- You need to be comfortable with technology, and familiar with standard Microsoft platforms, such as Word and Excel (Typing speed at least 45 WPM). Some experience in basic financial administration is required, including requisitioning, reporting and information management.
- You must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with multi-cultural teams spanning multiple geographies.
- You will have exceptional attention to detail, being able to perform duties and resolve challenges independently through innovative thinking and your excellent organizing skills. On a personal level, you will be actively committed to and living the values of ActionAid International.
