• Lead on the development of PSN products, services, projects and activities.
  
• Line Manage the Examiner Support Coordinators (ESCs).
  
• Manage the PSN Database
  
• Manage the IELTS Examiner certification system.
  
• Represent British Council on the PSN Working Group and where necessary on the Joint
• Research Committee.
  
• Coordinate Examiner Trainer (ET) recruitment, training and standardisation and perform other duties which may be allocated to the PSN Manager in the PSN manual.
  
• Carry out duties allocated to the PSN Manager in the PSN Manual.
  
• Plan, manage, monitor and report on PSN budgets.
  
• Carry out IELTS project work as delegated by the Global IELTS.
