Job Description |
|
|
- Responsible for supervising a small team within a fast paced department, conducting performance and appraisal reviews.
- In accordance with company policies create new suppliers and customers.
- Open post and accounts e-mail, prioritise and distribute accordingly.
- Scan invoices and all relevant supplier and customer correspondence as soon as received, file and archive in accordance of the Woodland Trust’s clear desk policy.
- Register invoices, and follow workflow tasks through to authorisation.
- Prepare journal for petty cash items, post and reconcile.
- Distribute and process charge card invoices, ensuring timely responses back to Finance.

Qualifications:
- IT literate including experience of Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Outlook.
- Relevant qualification, or experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- An understanding of VAT including partial recovery, but full training will be provided.
- Experience of computerised accounts systems, Agresso.
- Experience of managing a team
Skills :
- Ability to set clear goals and priorities and take responsibility for their delivery, demonstrating tenacity and enthusiasm in achieving them
- Very business like and commercially aware, demonstrating excellent planning, organisational and customer focused skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
