• Hold perspective building workshops for all the key stakeholders so that every stakeholder has a basic grasp of the issues of gender in the context of strengthening education amongst Muslim girl child and youth.
  
• Conduct trainings on gender and diversity for key project staff (partners) and encourage sharing of experiences, reactions and feedback.
  
• At the end all these efforts should result in increased participation of muslim girls in formal education.
  
• Conduct and provide support to operational research around the Gender and Diversity issues.
  
• Help Document best practices on gender and diversity, through case studies, small impact assessment studies, documentation of partner initiatives etc.
  
• Be an active member of the core team and provide data and other material as required to the team.
  
• Also ensure that all productions and publications of MEGA-SkY are gender and community sensitive.
  
• Along with the state level project coordinators, be responsible for all the project deliverables of at least two states.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences or any equivalent qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the development sector particularly in implementation of gender equity and diversity initiatives.
  
• Strong analytical skills (qualitative/quantitative).
  
• Ability to work with diverse teams.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively.
  
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
  
• Written and verbal communication skills.
