- Conceptualising and formulation of Project Proposals
- Execution of Assignments in an efficient, time bound manner with a culture of excellence.
- Ability to leverage peer networks and use Social media to get wide coverage for the Organisation to further its aims and goals
- Ability to seek interesting opportunities through internet search and keep Senior Management Team abreast of the same.
- Being a front runner in introducing new ideas and concepts to enable the organisation to make leaps in the livelihoods/ Microenterprise domain.

Qualifications:
- A Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Development Studies/ Economics/ Sociology
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
