• Your role will be to create a movement of change agents by reaching out to large numbers of enthusiastic volunteers and to provide them with direction and support.
  
• Innovation will be key to finding newer ways to bring in more volunteers and engaging them in meaningful and impactful collective action.
  
• You will also spearhead CRY’s landmark initiative - the Public Action Groups that enable people from all walks of life to take action on behalf of children in the cities/localities that they live in.
  
• Your weekends will be action packed with volunteer meetings, discussions and planning sessions.

Qualifications :

• You must be a Post Graduate in Social Sciences or Social Work from a reputed institute.
  
• You must have 5 to 7 years experience in mobilising/ working with youth/ volunteer groups, leading a team of young minds and have demonstrated the ability to multi task.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and the local language are essential (Marathi for Mumbai & Tamil for Chennai).
  
• It would also be a great advantage if you have knowledge on rights based activities and an understanding of urban governance and/or urban social development issues.
