 Job Description
 
  • Provide leadership and managerial oversight to a complex, multi-faceted graphic arts and reproduction services work program, defining goals, priorities, requirements and key performance indicators; produce the business plan for these requirements.
  • Foster and support a highly motivated, client service oriented workforce, supported by an appropriate technical environment, capable of delivering best in class customer service and quality graphic arts products and services.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of graphic arts techniques and strategies to achieve best value of goods and services, monitor quality, and ensure continuous improvement;
  • Foster a safe work environment by establishing, implementing and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and implement staffing strategy that appropriately meets business needs and human resource requirements.
  • Assure GSDPG’s compliance and consistency with the Bank’s legal, procurement and contractual policies and procedures.
  • Design, develop and produce reports to quantify work efforts including vendor performance, achieved savings, work allocation, productivity, service levels, innovation and trends.
 Candidate Profile
 

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Masters or other advanced degree in graphic arts, printing or other relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in graphic arts, printing or other related discipline with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience managing a graphic arts, printing or related facility of comparable scope, complexity and/or budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage complex and diverse clients and teams, and maintain close and constructive working relationships with staff and management.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to think and act strategically.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for the graphic arts, printing and related technologies, particularly leading edge digital technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze technical data, and to exercise sound judgment in arriving at conclusions.
