Job Description |
|
|
- Consolidate ICRW institutional M&E: including theory of change, prioritized evaluation activities, and a measurement plan for key process indicators.
- Consolidate current learning from the field on innovative approaches to evaluating social change, and translate implications of recent evolution in the evaluation field for ICRW’s work on M&E.
- Consolidate and package training tools and frameworks developed for specific projects into products suitable for more generic use.
- Develop and move forward evaluation assessments of women’s leadership and mentoring programs undertaken by partner organizations.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in the social sciences, public administration, or business administration.
- Minimum 4-6 years experience.
- Sound understanding of impact evaluation principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Substantive understanding of a broad range of gender and development issues.
- Very strong conceptual skills; ability to see the big picture and pull together M&E information and concepts into a definable direction, recommendations, implications.
- Very strong writing and packaging skills, with ability to synthesize complex information into simple, accessible formats.
- Experience with evaluation and research in shaping organizational strategic direction and, grantmaking.
- Experience with a range of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with evaluation efforts in the non profit and profit sectors.
