• Supports the implementation of the WWF GPF Monitoring and Reporting System for priority programmes, and provides training and guidance to project and programme leaders on completing report templates.
  
• Assists, working with the intranet team, in database reconfiguration for the reporting system, and helps to develop system requirements for new information management systems.
  
• Shares in reviewing global priority programme reports and helps to coordinate the review process in the Report Review Group.
  
• Assists in synthesizing information from global priority programme reports for the annual reports to Conservation Committee.
  
• Supports conservation KPI data collection and analyses for the Worldwide Overview.
  
• Works with the Manager, Conservation Monitoring, and Manager, Programmen Management Capacity Building, to support training of WWF staff in the monitoring
  aspects of the Project & Programme Management Standards.

Qualifications :

• Advanced degree in relevant field.
  
• At least 5 years’ experience in conservation programme design, monitoring and evaluation.

Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis, qualitative analysis and performance management, preferably in the field of conservation.
  
• A solid understanding of the reality of conservation projects on the ground and of largescale programmes.
  
• A clear understanding of organizational development and learning.
  
• Solid experience in working with staff at different levels of management and from different cultures.
  
• Excellent writing skills in English; other languages an advantage.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
