• Monitoring operational outputs to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
  Working closely with BTCV operational staff to ensure that implementation is effectively co-ordinated across regions in line with central guidelines
  
• Liaising with external funders and delivery partners to ensure good working relationships and successful programme delivery.
  
• Deal effectively with customer enquiries on designated programmes.
  
• Work closely with BTCV operational staff to ensure that programme implementation is effectively co-ordinated in line with guidelines.
  
• Promote the programmes and opportunities available to target audiences and exceed programme targets.
  
• Administration - including data collection, recording and reporting, production of Management Information and feedback / evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Have experience of project co-ordination.
  
• Have experience of managing and developing electronic management information systems.
  
• Be competent in Windows IT systems.
  
• Be able to collate and disseminate information and statistical data for reports.
  
• Be willing and able to work effectively with other members of the National Programmes Team.
