Job Description |
|
|
- Meetings - Schedule and setup program department and other general meetings. Take and distribute program department meeting minutes.
- Track monthly staff celebrations.
- Program Marketing/Outreach Fulfillment- Manage and ship collateral orders.
- Manage collection of timesheets for program department (mainly P/T).
- Review and collect expense reports.
- Field program calls and inquiries.
- Maintain physical and electronic files.
- Field and direct calls for Fun Centers as requested.
- Manage shipping for Fun Centers fulfillment: DVDs, games, signage.
- Manage distribution and shipment of in-kind donations.
- Track receipt and distribution of in-kind donations.
- Reconcile and provide reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with mail opening and distribution on a rotating basis.
- Assist with answering phone and reception on a rotating basis.
- Assist with shipping as needed.
- Maintain professional, friendly environment in office.

Qualifications:
- High School degree or related work experience equivalent. College coursework preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet use.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Spanish language skills helpful.
- Ability to work with a diverse team of staff and volunteers in a fast paced environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to Starlight Children’s Foundation mission.
