• Lead the Program on operational management, ensuring (with Finance Manager) that annual budgets and financial forecasts are consistent with long term and annual plans and are implemented, monitored and reviewed Develop organizational structures and management systems to reflect the strategy for the deployment of the NI Consistent with organizational policies to support the NI Leader, in the line management of NI staff and consultants in the region to develop and maintain their ongoing effectiveness and performance  Support for NI Shareholders Group and SET meetings and follow up activities
• Review and revision of the Arctic NI Strategic Plan Analysis, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of the NI to various stakeholders Coordination and implementation of systems, policies and procedures within Core Team and NI Advice to the NI Leader / AP Director on financial and operational aspects of the NI Management of daily operations of the Core Team, including meetings, administrative and IT matters as well as giving advice to the NI Leader on financial and operational aspects of the NI

Qualifications:

• Management degree and experience, postgraduate preferred Minimum 10 years work experience Additional Skills and Competencies Required Experience in similar operational manager environment
  
• Experience in high achievement in cross cultural working environments Demonstrated leadership and high-level communications skills
