• Supporting the development of IFC s health sector strategy.
  
• Participating in business development activities.
  
• Assessing potential projects  – including commercial, operational and service quality aspects.
  
• Supervising our health care portfolio of companies.
  
• Providing expert advice to clients on key aspects of their operations and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A deep knowledge of the dynamics of private health sector organizations.
  
• An advanced degree in health services management or an appropriate combination of training and experience.
  
• 7+ years  experience in health care management.  (Significant international exposure, including experience of working in developing countries, will be a key advantage).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.  (Knowledge of one other major business language a plus).
