Job Description |
|
|
- Maintains database of existing and potential partners; regularly records sales cycle developments.
- Assists in relationship and project management, project monitoring, and preparation of reports to GF product and support groups.
- Takes notes of team meetings, conference calls and workshops and prepares meeting summaries for GF product and support groups.
- Prepares disbursement requests and other documentation for approval of support to partners.
- Responds to various information requests related to the country.
- Conducts basic research, as required.
- Coordinate transportation with project staff and drivers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies or related field.
2-5 years work experience.
- Basic knowledge of technology and microfinance for the poor required.
- Deep commitment to eradication of poverty and alignment with Grameen Foundation’s mission.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & intercultural communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage various projects.
- Ability to gain working knowledge of GFUSAs policies, procedures, and practices.
