 Job Description
 
  • Maintains database of existing and potential partners; regularly records sales cycle developments.
  • Assists in relationship and project management, project monitoring, and preparation of reports to GF product and support groups.
  • Takes notes of team meetings, conference calls and workshops and prepares meeting summaries for GF product and support groups.
  • Prepares disbursement requests and other documentation for approval of support to partners.
  • Responds to various information requests related to the country.
  • Conducts basic research, as required.
  • Coordinate transportation with project staff and drivers.
 Candidate Profile
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Development Studies or related field.
    2-5 years work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and microfinance for the poor required.
  • Deep commitment to eradication of poverty and alignment with Grameen Foundation’s mission.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & intercultural communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage various projects.
  • Ability to gain working knowledge of GFUSAs policies, procedures, and practices.
