Job Description |
|
|
- Work with foundation staff to support the development, update, and monitoring of new and existing business plans for submission to the CAO, CEO, and Co-Chairs.
- Creation of financial models to support business planning.
- Collaboration in the development and analysis of underlying strategy cost assumptions
- Identify financial or operating risks, Development of presentation materials.
- Oversee and/or prepare financial models and frameworks to support specific division projects.
- Support division staff in the financial and operational risk assessment of different projects and vendor relationships.
- Develop efficient budget reporting frameworks, cost center structures, and financial reporting tools.
- Support division and Financial Planning and Analysis department to develop and execute annual budgets and financial plans.
- Create specialized budget templates to meet the specific needs of unique departments.

Qualifications & Experience :
- An MBA in Finance, Economics or related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial and strategic planning functions. Experience working in a consultative role with both public and private sector organizations is ideal.
- Strong technical and financial knowledge, including experience creating complex financial models and efficiently communicating results to inform sound strategic and tactical decisions.
- Experience developing, evaluating, managing, and monitoring business plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to extract appropriate data to convey financial results through the use of supporting tables, graphs, and other visual representations.
- Demonstrated success working with individuals with a wide range of backgrounds to facilitate group problem solving in dynamic organizations. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and team-oriented skills are a must.
