• Analysis and synthesis of input into donor reports to provide regional overview .
  
• Set-up timelines and coordinate with country teams to get the data and programmatic information required.
  
• Coordinate the planning of the Regional Planning Meeting with DRD and RD.
  
• Coordinate all internal meetings related to planning and record minutes.
  
• Responsible for regional donor reporting both for CIDA and non-CIDA grants.
  
• Set-up timelines and coordinate with country teams to get necessary information/ data/ draft reports.
  
• Undertake the first level review and fill in data and information gaps and ensure that good quality drafts are provided to the DRD review.
  
• Coordinate all internal meetings related to reporting and record minutes.
  
• Support with managing and reviewing internal country level monthly and quarterly reports.

Qualifications:

• A masters degree in nutrition, child development, health management, public health, international development and/or a related field.
  
• A good understanding of human nutrition, the role of micronutrients is desirable.
  
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience with NGOs, and/or UN agencies in working with health and nutrition related programs.
  
• Demonstrated ability in report writing/documentation.

Skills:

• Strong communications skills (oral and written).
  
• Fluency in English both reading and writing is a prerequisite.
  
• Knowledge of other languages spoken in countries supported by MI would be an asset.
  Good computer skills, including MS Office programs.
