 Job Description
 
  • Collect, compile and generate relevant information as & when necessary for developing of development communication tools and documents.
  • Assist in selection of external service providers and coordinate layout, formatting and publication of the document with support from the service provider.
  • Coordination within the team for dissemination of documents.
  • Assist the Programme Communication Manager for all communications related work and provide input to the programme team for all external and internal communication.
  • Travel to project sites for research & monitoring related to communication.
  • Assist in developing learning and experience sharing case studies and documentations related to HI Gujarat project activities.
  • Refer documents / knowledge information materials for technical information of other teams, especially Public health and Rehabilitation through web search etc.
 Candidate Profile
 

Qualifications:

  • Indian national with graduate degree in Communication / Journalism / Social work / management / rural development.

Knowledge & Skills :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the development sector, in communication & documentation will be given preference.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in Gujarati and English.
  • Be willing to travel, includes remote areas; position involves approx 40% time on travel.
