The International HIV/AIDS Alliance is seeking a Programme Officer in our Southern Africa team to cover a period of maternity leave (anticipated to be 12 months). The post holder will be responsible for programme development, monitoring and reporting, contract oversight, programme implementation and budget control of Linking Organisation programmes in assigned countries. |

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Officer with sound knowledge and experience of HIV and AIDS programming, who possess the right mix of skills and experience in programme start up and management. They will be highly motivated, flexible, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and able to exercise leadership in the secretariat in support of country programmes.
