• The Programme Offcier for this project will be expected to work with the KHOJ Executive Director to develop and deliver against clear timelines, deliverables and milestones for the program.
  
• The Programme Officer will also play a significant role in overseeing the design and building of the architecture as well as coordinating and managing technical implementations for the project in consultation with new media networking experts.
  
• The Programme Officer will implement and track all programme plans as and lead the content development for all social media projects of KHOJ.
  
• He/she may be required to curate new projects if necessary.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum education qualification and work experience requirements.
  
• A Post-graduate Degree with a specialization in media/communications is preferred.
  
• 5+ years of work experience in the media, arts and/or communications field.
  
• An Exposure to contemporary and emerging arts.
  
• A demonstrated track record of managing projects.
  
• As a significant part of this post is learning and engaging with diverse forms and applications of web-based technologies, new media and social media, it is prefered that applicants have an active interest in this area and have a grip over social networking tools as well as some writing skills for the web.
  
• In addition, as the project requires working with a diversity of people, practitioners and stakeholders across disciplines, applicants with strong management and relationship skills are preffered.
