• Coordinate with Divisional Consultants of the region for undertaking activities laid out in the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) document.
  
• Track VAS coverage reports and as required support the government functionaries in analyzing coverage data in coordination with Divisional Consultants.
  
• Coordinate with the DCs for ensuring the quality of evaluation studies, concurrent evaluation and process documentation.
  
• Coordinate with agencies for facilitating training / orientation of service providers.
  
• Ensure quality in training and other capacity building exercises through appropriate mechanisms.
  
• Build the capacity of DCs in identifying training needs, analyzing pre & post questionnaire and conducting training at supervisory levels.
  
• Review the effectiveness of the training after each round in consultation with the DCs to refine the strategy.
  
• Ensure that NGOs & DCs provide on job supervision and training to different categories of staff.

Qualifications:

• A Masters degree in social science/ / public health / nutrition.
  
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing health & nutrition programs.
  
• Experience in working with the government and NGO would be preferred.
  
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi an asset.
  
• Computer skills, analytical and excellent writing skills.
