• Provide support to the implementation of policies developed together with the Registration Coordinator.
  
• Develop plan of action for implementing programmes in coordination with the registration team. Monitor and report on the achievement of the programmes.
  
• Liaise and build relationships with cluster partners, particularly the shelter and protection clusters participating in the IDPs household registration process, for the purposes of facilitating programme activities and improving the quality and relevance of information analysis.
  
• Attend and assist with regular inter-agency camp coordination meetings and inter-agency population movement and registration meetings, to obtain data on new arrivals to IDPs camps/ gatherings and to coordinate monitoring, verification and registration activities.
  
• Manage the training for staff, counterparts and partners on the established IDPs registration methodology.
  
• Supervise the recruitment and training of additional national registration staff and enumerators.
  
• Undertake duty travels as necessary.
  
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Human Rights, Anthropology, Mathematics, Statistics;
  
• three years professional experience, with at least one year field experience with refugees or IDPs;
  
• two years experience in a complex humanitarian emergency or post-conflict environment;
  
• experience in IDPs/refugee protection or relevant human rights and legal experience.
  
• Thorough knowledge of English. Knowledge of French and Creole an advantage.
