Job Description |
|
|
- Developing the existing customer base.
- Promoting and selling First Climate’s services and products to meet and exceed clients’ needs.
- Acquiring new business: Introduce our company via cold calling, scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations.
- Representing First Climate at meetings with clients, conferences, exhibitions, forums etc.
- Designing additional innovative products.
- Negotiating contractual arrangements with potential customers.
- Overseeing proposal development on identified, strategically important opportunities.
- Developing the account business plan, Preparing status reports on sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- Economics-related, technical- or law degree.
- 3 or more years relevant experience in business-to-business selling.
- Excellent knowledge of the EU-ETS and the carbon market including the underlying legislative framework.
- Proficient in both German and English (command of another European language is an asset).
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are requirements.
- Persistence in achieving goals and able to manage effectively under pressure.
