Job Description |
|
|
- Developing and driving implementation of strategic communication for the Vice Presidency, internally and externally, including managing the blog.
- Coordinating media relations, including interviews and press release.
- Managing the Global advisory services information on intranet and internet, and creating global Advisory services publications.
- Coordinating the Advisory Services communications network /community of practice including all communications officers working on advisory services to ensure a coordinated and harmonized communications on Advisory Services across regions and business lines.
- Speechwriting as necessary and writing talking points for the Vice President. Prepare and review briefs for internal and external conferences and speeches.

Qualifications & Experience :
- Master s degree preferred, plus a minimum of 10 years work experience in media relations, publishing, or stakeholder engagement, previous experience with a multilateral or international NGO or civil society organization is helpful but not mandatory.
- Financial background or demonstrated aptitude for international development issues strongly preferred.
- Interest in technology and understanding of Web usability issues.
- Well networked within the professional community.

- Exceptional ability to write, communicate and operate under pressure and tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
