• Support national planning and harmonization of a health sector information system.
  Improve the capacity of the MOHSW to collect, manage, and analyze aggregate health data.
  
• Support the MOHSW in system analysis, process design, vendor selection, and deployment of operational or transaction processing management systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
• Support the creation of a data warehouse, or analytical processing system that brings together information from a range of data sources.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in public health, health informatics, or related field.
  
• 10 years experience working with leading HMIS technical teams, preferably in a leadership position.
  
• Experience working on large-scale deployment of a national information system in a developing/emerging country environment, Africa preferred.
  
• Demonstrated experience successfully working within a ministry, MOH preferred, or government department in a developing/emerging country environment, Africa preferred.
  
• Experience applying PEPFAR policies and goals to programs.
  
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience of data warehouse development or coordination.
  
• Experience with ETL applications, Hands-on experience with modeling tools and metadata platforms.
