• Work alongside BL teams in identifying needs, developing, and setting up new AS projects in Haiti.
  
• Help project transaction leaders implement current AS projects.
  
• Assist in identifying consultants to deliver technical assistance services for IFC projects.
  
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Line Leaders (RBLLs) and Transaction Leaders (TLs) in the preparation of corporate and project documentation.
  Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the IFC Head of Office, Regional Head of AS and/or RBLLs.
  
• Provide in-country support for coordinating IFC missions in the country. Strategy Support
  
• Keep abreast of IFC investment strategy and needs for Advisory Services.
  Scope the technical and commercial market potential for AS projects and support designing a strategy for AS in Haiti.
  
• Develop and maintain contact with Government officials, as well as with the business, international cooperation and donor community, and other relevant stakeholders in Haiti.
  
• Report to management, donors and partners on Haiti AS development. Outreach and Knowledge Management, support fundraising efforts for Haiti.

Qualifications :

• A Masters degree in economics, business administration, development or related field.
  
• A minimum of eight to ten years of professional experience in the private sector, project implementation, local/regional development, local governance and SMEs.
  
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of private sector development challenges facing Haiti and other LAC countries.
  
• Prior experience with international aid and donors is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of IFC AS products is a plus.
  
• Excellent client and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a range of stakeholders, as well as with an interdisciplinary team.
  
• A keen interest in development issues and in working in a multicultural environment.
