• Agresso System Administration – Creating new users, setting user permissions and maintaining workflows.
  
• Provide support to finance and other end users.
  
• Liaising with IS to co-ordinate upgrades and patches.
  
• Complete testing of upgrades / patches and organise user acceptance testing with relevant staff members.
  
• Prepare and maintain processes and policies, document and flow chart all Agresso processes.
  
• Implement and manage the change management processes for Agresso.
  
• Update and maintain stationery within Agresso.
  
• Provide more ownership of Agresso by the business through communication of better solutions / improvements to Agresso processes.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience of systems support within a financial environment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• An ability to present information clearly and concisely to all levels of staff.
  
• Experience of developing Agressos Reporting functionality (Excelerator, ARC etc) would be beneficial.
  
• Ability to work under own initiative and to identify potential problems in order to alert managers.
  
• Ability to manage own time and multiple demands.
  
• Planning and organisational skills.
  
• Flexible approach and willingness to take on new tasks as required.
  
• A logical and methodical approach to processing information.
