• To Provide visionary leadership, direction, advocacy expertise and partnership developmnet. Building rapport with govt institutions at national/state level.
  
• Liasing with media at national level.
  
• Identifying and accessing network, partnership and resources  for project Implementation.

Qualifications:

• Master/ Bachelores degree in Social work/ Human Rights/ Law /Communication/ Media with at least 10-12 years of experience in leading advocacy focused development projects at national level.
  
• Maintaining good relationship with govt.ministries and departments, working with legislators,well connected with national human rights forums.
  
• Excellent written/oral communication skills in English and Hindi, Project Cycle Management, Negotiation, Representation, Research, partnership Development.
